We use the collected information solely for: Executing payment and settlement functions as defined in the MSA; Invoicing and AR/AP management; Compliance with U.S. financial regulations (KYC/AML); and Communicating service-related alerts.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent client information. We share data only as necessary: With authorized banking and financial partners (e.g., Stripe, Mercury/Bluevine) for payment processing; With governmental or regulatory bodies when legally required; and With our primary corporate partner, **Mystik Compost Holdings Inc.**, for financial reconciliation.

2. Scope of Service
Veridian Compass Inc. provides **enterprise B2B financial management and clearinghouse services** as defined in the client's executed Master Service Agreement (MSA) and individual Statement of Work (SOW). This website is a legal verification and contact point and **does not offer public-facing consumer goods or retail e-commerce services.**

3. Corporate Account Management
All service requests, account modifications, and operational inquiries must be initiated through the channels defined within the active MSA. The Clearinghouse does not process transactions or service requests initiated solely through public website contact forms or telephone calls.

4. Billing and Payment
All fees for services rendered are non-refundable. Billing disputes must be submitted in writing to your designated account manager as outlined in the MSA within 30 days of the invoice date.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
